Cliff Harris, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer brings 13 years of Air Force acquisitions and operational experience to the Harris Group. Prior to starting the Harris Group, Mr. Harris served as Vice President of Business Development for P3S Corporation where he oversaw all business development and contractual management for the Northeast Region and National Capital Region. Additionally, Mr. Harris has had the privilege to serve as a defense support contractor for SERCO, Inc., where he held the position of Senior Program Manager for the Air Force C-130J International Program Office, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. As the C-130J Program Manager, Mr. Harris managed Air Mobility Command’s number-one priority, C-130J Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure (LAIRCM) program as well as other requirements. During this time, he executed a $13.5 million development phase and a $96 million integration budget, under cost and ahead of schedule. While active duty Air Force Mr. Harris was assigned to the 516th Aeronautical Systems Wing at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, as well as the 60th Aircraft Maintenance Group, Travis AFB, Calif. Currently, USAFR Major Harris is serving in Afghanistan where he serves as the Detachment Commander for Air Mobility Command in Kandahar. When he his not deployed he serves as the Senior Reserve Maintenance Operations Officer at Barksdale AFB where he overseas all scheduled and phase maintenance on B-52 and A-10 aircraft. Mr. Harris received his Masters of Aeronautical Science and Safety degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
